Director of B2 Property Solutions since 2004 and an MDIA qualified Senior Designer, Kate Beresford-Banks and her team at B2 Property Solutions bring innovative, flexible, sustainable, compliant and cost effective solutions to their clients’ broad ranging design projects.

Working in the Retail, Commercial, Aged Care, Retirement Living, Hospitality and medium to high density Residential sectors throughout Australia, Kate brings more than 20 year’s interior design experience, Masters level post graduate qualifications and a passion for converting challenges into outstanding outcomes to the table.

Some of the clients for whom Kate and the B2 team have provided interior design solutions include David Jones, Woolworths, Westfield, Fortunity Financial Services, Bupa, Carrington Care, Domain, HammondCare, IRT, RSL and Armorcrete, to name just a few.

Unlike an interior decorator, an interior designer is part of a multi-faceted profession in which creative and technical solutions are applied to the fit-out design of the built environment. By maintaining a balance between the creative process and a systematic, methodical approach to solving their clients’ business goals, optimum results are achieved by the B2 team for every project.

Kate’s decision to join the Wild Fig Service Alliance was fuelled primarily due to the fact that the majority of her work is away from the Central Coast. “Joining Wild Fig has given me an opportunity to feel more connected to the Coast and learn from others by looking at their unique perspective on problem solving,” said Kate.
